Super star Taylor Hanson had it all: fame, fortune, good looks and any woman he wanted. But he wasn't happy. One night after drinking, he passes out and wakes up a husband and a father in the town he grew up in. Lost in some world between real and imaginary, Taylor is forced to decide which world he wants to be a part of. But will it be too late by the time he figures out what he really wants?
Author's Note
Ever since I wrote When It All Falls Apart (an Isaac story), I've wanted to write a Taylor story, but I never got any ideas that I felt I could run with. Then in late June 2010, I was in the shower and I was hit with the idea for this story. The idea was quickly followed (like five minutes) by a prologue and the beginning of chapter 1. With that much hitting me all at once, it was hard to say no.
Once I had a rough outline of where I wanted to go with the story, it just sort of took off. I wrote the majority of the story in under two weeks and there are some parts in the story that weren't planned when I started writing the chapter. They just came to me as I was writing.
Special thanks to Nat and Brits for encouragement (after their initial shock of me writing a Taylor story wore off) and dealing with all my emails. I owe even more thanks to Brits for editing this story. I couldn't have done it without the two of you!
