My mind works in mysterious ways. So here's my question:

Does a series of tweets in fanfic denote epistolary format? Basically, are stupid 140-character messages equivalent to full on letter/email writing?

I already know the answer to the question: does it matter? Unequivocally, NO. But I'm curious.

Since Library of Congress is now archiving tweets, I'm going with yes- they count as epistolary.
