I adore AIM. It's so cool to be able to talk to friends who are far away. Plus, you can talk to more than one and do something else, like check your email or write in your journal. Fun times.

I tried to get online last night, er, this morning around 2, but the stupid modem repeatedly told me it couldn't find the dial tone. I checked the phone -fine, I checked the modem connections -fine, so then I get up, take a shower, turn on the computer, and voila- the search is over ( Read more... )

You know what's really annoying? Those stupid multiple pop-up ads. You know the ones. You close the first, innocent-looking one, and two or fifty new ones pop up. And everytime you go to close one, more pop up in its place.

It reminds me of the network guy from the Simpsons - "You can kill me, but two more will take my place!"
