i'm pretty sure both my parents are both deaf and blind. because i can walk up behind them (or in the case of my dad, pretty much right beside him) and they have NO IDEA im there. and its not like im trying to tread lightly. because i dont do that solely for the purpose that they hear me coming. and they still don;t. *shakes head* they also repeat

Mine also never hear me coming up behind them. My dad used to get so pissed off about that, and then my mom told me that he is likely more or less deaf in one of his ears. We don't know which ear though...
