The obliviousness of men when it comes to noticing the finer details about their significant other must be genetic. Or taught to them by their elders while they are still very young.
I would dearly love to see myself (and other people) through his eyes. Largely interchangeable blurry blobs mostly recognisable by their... I don't even know! It's certainly neither hair not clothes.
