You CAN pooh out of yer mouth.

In the event of a bowel obstruction (which has not been treated, of course) the impacted piece of pooh acts as a cork. Pooh builds up and up and up until it comes out yer mouth.

That is, of course, if sepsis has not kicked in and you are not dead already.

Eat yer fiber kids.
