I dunno about books, but I realized upon re-watching it as an adult that the 2nd Care Bears movie features a character performing a moose mating call, which successfully distracts the (now extremely horny) moose from goring his friends to death.

In fact, that whole movie is pretty damn screwed up.

Perhaps that was the point. The journey down the River meant vastly different things for Jim than it did for Huck.

I was really disturbed to realize all the Christian brain washing in the Chronicles of Narnia! I loved it as a kid! :(
