Yeah, we're buying a ~1200 square foot home, but it has a basement that is fairly clean/dry, so it'll be more than enough room for us... just not so much for us + a decent sized dog or savannah, at least not with my allergies.

Watching that makes me glad to have a car with torque.. having to feather the clutch all the way up a hill like that.. how steep was it?
