That was so wonderful!! I was actually disappointed when I spotted the 'The End' approaching because although it was only a morning, it somehow felt longer and I still managed to fall in love with this Merlin and Arthur. I loved all the backstory you got in there, about Uther and Balinor, and your description was gorgeous, it made me feel nostalgic for those very early mornings in the countryside.

I also adored that Arthur wants to tell everyone :) I have an enormous soft spot for Arthur being the one who wants to shout it from the rooftops (I think in fic, Arthur is often written as the more repressed one, something I'm guilty of as much as anyone!).

Just gorgeous!! And I wished it went on longer :)

Haha, yes I'm also a fan of declaring!Arthur, I think for the very reason you stated; that he is usually the more repressed of the two.

Yes! Wow, you did a really great job with giving us a full picture of this Merlin and Arthur. I was fully invested and I definitely think that if you were so inclined, more of this universe would be great! Just you know, possibly without the whole double-suicide thing. :D

I didn't have any immediate plans to continue this but there were a few ideas I toyed with that didn't end up making it into this fic because they didn't really suit the flow of it...so maybe.

Oh wow, thank you! I didn't really have any set plans to add to it (I really wasn't expecting such positive feedback) but there were a few ideas I had whilst writing it that didn't really fit into this fic, so maybe =)
