I only watched part of a bootleg copy with my summer school students but they said "Miss, when Optimus Prime came on your eyes, like, lit up!!!"

There is one HUGE glaring problem with the Transformers movie that you neglect to mention...there are WAY too many fucking humans.

I got all giddy like a school girl when Optimus Prime started fucking up the Decipticons shit, and when Star Scream turned from an F-22 to a robot and started to destroy the fighters IN MID-AIR, but the movie really should have been a 135 minute robot death fest, not a spattering off coll in between a ton of WB Drama and robots hiding around a house. Come on, that was all so very, very lame. There should have been WAY more death and destruction for its own sake (i.e. 300) and less of the crap all trying to justify it.

Holy crap no WAY.

1) I totally agree. The humans were beyond fucking lame. Not only did I want hot robot-on-robot action, I wanted much more squishing and torturing of humans.

2) I have TOTALLY been thinking of you! In fact, I was trying to draft an email to you just today! I was trying to do the whole get-in-touch thing without seeming like a creepy stalker. I am going to go ahead and do that tomorrow because you stalked first! :)
