It's kind of frustrating not having a freaking back story for Pepper. It seems, though, that the majority of us agree on the idea that Pepper's still got a mom and at least one sibling (I'm pretty sure). But you're right. Where the hell is her dad?

It is tough. There's always comics canon I guess? I assume that has something for her.

And yeah, I have no idea why I decided her dad wasn't around. He just...wasn't, in this fic. I thought it worked better with just her and her mom being harried and efficient, so...that was what happened! :P
