This was incredible. Heartbreakingly gorgeous writing and the plotline; oh, god, the plot! The attorneys, Yusuf's bit with abusing chemistry, Ariadne crying; so many simple things that built up an amazing story.
Also, crackpot day.

I'm not exactly familiar with the american legal system (it's allegedly very different from the Australian system) but hot damn, INNER-FUTURE LAWYER IS SCREAMING AND GOING 'OH MY GOD THIS IS FUCKING AMAZING'

I'm so glad to have made your inner future-lawyer happy! I know several current lawyers, and they are lovely people, so I have a lot of love for the legal profession, haha. Although I must say, I basically wrote this story based on their experiences and anecdotes, which makes for what I imagine must be more than a few inaccuracies. ALAS.
