I was up at 2 a.m. and somehow turned on CNN just in time to see the verdict live. They said it came down 13 years to the day that he was acquitted in his first trial -- how weird is that?? I was in middle school during the first trial, and I remember being so pissed, because I was convinced he was guilty. I think the whole O.J trial is partly what sparked my interest in the criminal justice system...and now here I am today, a crime/courts reporter. So thanks, O.J. :P
He looked so smug, even as they said the verdict. He's such a prick. I hope they send him away for at least the 15 years minimum...though it's a state sentence, so he might only have to serve 1/3 of it. Boo.
I'm glad two kids now have no parents whatsoever to take care of them. I hope Ron's parents got some money out of the deal since that's all they ever cared about.
Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE involved in this whole extravaganza is the worst of humanity. (Minus the kids of course)
