Is this for a class???? Go to someone over her head. That is complete insanity, as well as irresponsible of her - negligent, even!

Hot bath with Epsom Salts - helps to take the soreness out of protesting muscles.

Good luck....

Uh, yeah...baths at college? Um, nah. I have been taking a lot of hot showers though...just standing under the hot water. Thinking about heading to the sauna tonight and soaking that in.

Sad thing is, I was really looking forward to this class. Now I just keep thinking, What else could possibly happen?

Heat packs work wonders when you dont have access to a bath.

I despise the term 'Global Warming' with a passion. Most likely due to the fact that my climatology professor at Uni was very anti 'Global Warming'. I DO however believe in Climate CHANGE or Climate CYCLES, the climate has cooled and warmed on a pretty regular cycle throughout time (as far as we can tell anyway). The climate wont warm and keep warming, it will just keep changing. And personally I dont think we can do a thing to stop it because its happened before. BUT I'm tend to be one of those people who find it better to keep quiet. Scare the public, scare the politicians and they all start to take more of an interest in the environment, which I'm all for :)...

Precisely.

That's what I've tried to tell people, too. The ozone hole - yeah, not a good thing. And are we doing nasty things to our environment? Yep. But like you said, our would has a cycle that the climate runs in; it's just such a long, drawn out thing, that it's hard for us to see the pattern. Unlike the cycle of day/night, we're looking at millenia for the pattern to complete.

Edit: Oh, and total agreement about the heat packs; I do it all the time.

That sucks. I've only gone rock climbing once. It was pretty scary with a pro, I couldnt imagine doing it with a novice/moron.
