Taking fic requests!

In theory, I still want to write that New Who fic. Mainly because I know that (apart from a few exceptions like Babylon 5 and - sometimes - Trek) the stage where I'm fannish enough over a series or character to actually write fic tends to pass quickly. With the Ninth Doctor I'm in that stage right now, but who knows how long it will stay that way

I love finding posts like this on my flist on Monday morning. Of course I'll be taking advantage of it :)

So, my request: A Londo/G'Kar h/c story, set in season 5, during that first time on Centauri Prime. Someone tries to kill Londo yet again. (I love h/c, but it's not an easy genre to write. I'd love to see you try, if my request inspires you.)

Inspires me? Hell, yes! In fact, I've been struggling all morning not to start thinking up ideas yet (as it's not exactly what I'm paid to do at work *g*), with only moderate success.

Mind, I don't think it's going to be easy. There should be the requisite amount of snark, and knowing Londo and G'Kar, the hurt will need to be sufficiently bad in order for them to stop snarking. And then there's the method: Dagger in the back? Poison? Physical assault resulting in concussion? Hmmm... (You know, I'm actually rather fond of concussion as a plot device, even though it's so classic; it's such a good excuse for sweet befuddled helplessness...) Gah, you've already made my day by asking - I could keep thinking about this all week! :)

Oh, and if you say Londo/G'Kar, do you mean there should be, um... non-platonic comfort? Or will cuddling fulfill your needs?

I'll stick to the (semi-)platonic, then, as it might become too much of a good thing otherwise. Also, since no one else appears to be taking the bait (eh, that's what happens when one has all of 2.5 regular readers *g*): should you want another one, fire away!

Incidentally, do you happen to know any existing h/c fics with Londo and/or G'Kar? I don't think I've come across any, apart from the occasional Londo & Vir, but if they're out there (and at least somewhat decent), I'd sure love to read them!
