Doyle didn’t die, he just went Beyond the Veil. And, despite the company he’s keeping, it’s very boring there.

( Whoever said that to die would be a grand adventure had obviously never even come close to death. )

loved it, though I can't decide if its cute or slightly disturbin that Sirius' strongest memory/mental image of Remus is his wolfy self.

Actually, Sirius was supposed to be thinking of Remus in both forms -- you know how when you're remembering someone you see them as they were, and not just as they are? Like with different haircuts and stuff? -- it's just that Doyle only caught that bit.

Yes, but Doyle rejected his half-demon heritage. It was the plot point in more than one episode. Plus, Doyle only got a brief glimspe.
