Just because Steph hasn’t chosen Batman’s path, doesn’t mean it’s any less valid. Or right, for her.

Admittedly, a fate I would have liked much better than being brutally murdered by Black Mask. And she would have made a wonderful contrast to Tim; whereas Tim claims he's only in it temporarily yet finds himself getting pulled deeper into Batman's world, Steph actually has the will to seek a life of her own, outside the capes and masks. Beautiful.
