( At first he’d been amused, but taking in the determined look on Lian’s face - so like Roy’s, that expression, only younger, but just as uncertain - Tim grew…not worried, but…watchful. )

Aww... I find this so adorable. I like how Lian takes the initiative to ask Tim, and I can't help but wonder what Roy's going to say to this... I also liked Tim's developement in the story- how he realizes that happiness is important.

The fact that it is Lian who ultimately gets Tim and Roy to take that next step makes this story awesome. But, you know what they say, "Out of the mouths of babes."

Side note: See JLA #12? Lian was wearing Roy's Speedy outfit.
