I'm not happy with this batch of icons. It felt rushed. bleh. Plus the caps I found were extremely hard to work with :/

Even if these felt rushed they loook amazing!!! The colours are gorgeous!

I'm not a fan of 4 (new schooler!) but I've heard lots and lots about him and these are just perfect ;)

For classic Who, I think most people's fave is Four. For me it's a toss up between 9 and 10. I love them both so much!! I really miss Nine sometimes :(
