Wow. First Dark Is Rising icons I have ever seen. Is there a movie coming out soon, or something?

Yep! Christopher Eccleston is playing the Rider, and Ian McShane is playing Merriman. I've got the stills and links to interviews and things in authorblog. The IMDB discussion is pretty funny, too. People are starting to think the Dark is alive and well and financing the movie (one reason why is that Ian McShane didn't read the books - he tried and thought they were "too dense." And Merriman's favorite weapon is the mace. I don't remember reading that in any of the books).

Here's to scaring the TDIR fans!

I don't think I've ever seen an icon of P&P with Mary and Mr. Bennet together (a worthy scene) - all of these are brilliant, but the Pride and Prejudice ones are a bit more brilliant than the rest. ^^
