Wow, thank you! This being Sess/Kagish, it's a very different thing from what I want to see happen in canon, but I did add a lot of things (like Mir/San ending happily and Kohaku being saved) that I would like to see in canon. I was always of the mind that I wouldn't write Sess/Kag until I found a concept that made it appealing to me. The canonish roots of the story helped make the pairing work for me. Anyway, glad you liked! ^^

That's what I love about it. It works. There are no plot holes and it is a plausible ending. Not necessarily what I'd want to happen, but it is still very believable. "The houshi and the taijiya lived a long, happy life together-and had more children than I think was decent.” That was funny and I loved that they, Kohaku included, had a happy ending. This is by far one of the best Sess/Kag fics I have ever read. The only other one I ever liked was Resmiranda's Tales From the House of the Moon.

Hehe, thanks so much. I wouldn't call myself a Sess/Kag fangirl yet either, but I go where the plot bunnies take me... and sometimes they lead in unexpected directions. ^^

I suppose it's only fair I tried Sess/Kag after writing Inu/Rin a few times. The boys gotta switch humans equally. XD
