As expected, I laughed several times during "I Do". The violin music really did it for me. Seriously. It was just what I needed to go from "I think I might throw up in my mouth" to "LOL! They're so fucked come February!". I'm sorry to say this, but... Nathan Fillion should get those two days of his life back.

I'm reading the Eh thread for the ep... Much, MUCH more entertaining than anything the writers could come up with these days.

Well, you know how I feel. Nothing against Kate, everything against lazy, cheap storytelling.

That needs to be made into an icon ASAP. And it's so true. There are a million plot holes even in that storyline, but a lot of people (not neccessarily Jack fans) agree.
..."Dammit Kate..Run!!!" what he should've added was ..."As far away from me as possible...
Lol! I hate that he cares, but I'm glad he does. That means he's still Jack, not zombie!Jack. And normally I'd feel like they've cheapened my all time favorite scene of Lost, that magic moment in the pilot, but... I'm also glad it means so much to him. Idiot.

I want to write you back and I really just need to purge myself of all this disgust and frustration.
Can I just say how sorry I am and how foolish I feel as a Kate fan? Seriously, I know it's TPTB's fault, but she's taking all the fallout. I don't know her, and I so don't like her.
Kate, what the hell did I ever see in you?
Oh, and I love Jack.

I don't know what they have against female characters, I honestly don't know, but please don't feel foolish for being taken in with one of the fascinating characters this show offered us back in season 1. When the Pilot credits rolled, I couldn't close my mouth for five minutes. When Jack said: "You're not running now", my mind started spinning in a thousand different directions:
yes, she is. Why is she running? Will she stop running on the island? Will he be one of the reasons? She's the only one who's helped him. She's the only one who's seen him vulnerable. They're both screwed up... etc. etc. etc... I should probably be pissed at them for using that MOMENT in this suckfest that is "the season of love", but I can't quite bring myself there because I'm glad it means that much to Jack ( ... )
