I did love it! It is now officially one of my favorites. Though honestly, I didn't like the end very much. It was so inconclusive, at least for Guts. There was really no closure, even taking the first episode into account. So i left it feeling like there was something lacking. But I guess it really can't be helped, what with the manga in the state it was in at the time. It's okay, I still really liked the series. *runs off to read the manga*

Dude, get ready for the manga to be THREE TIMES more hardcore than the anime! I went back and read the Caska/Gatsu relationship last night, and I had forgotten how...hurm...it's not quite like it is in the anime, I'll just say that

Berserk filler: Guts goes out and kills people. Everyone he meets ends up dead. In awesomely bloody ways.

And the manga gets better?! I guess that's to be assumed, but it's pretty darn good right now in volume two. i look forward to more awesomeness!

We need to have another anime night, like we talked about. This is pretty fun. I want us to keep going!

This is HUGELY fun! \(^o^)/ And I got an awesome idea today about another series we could watch because we could make fun of it the whole way through, which would be amazing! XD I'll tell you about it at work! : )
