I was surprised when I read that Hedwig died. ;__; And George's ear ... Owwww.
@___@ Wikipedia didn't say that Fred died, at least not to my remembrance. That's so saaad! How did it happen? Aww, and Lupin and Tonks....
I've always been pretty indifferent to Snape as well, though I did like his actor in the movies. But I got really annoyed with him in the flashback during the fifth book.
The scene with the Resurrection Stone sounds so sweet! So was it something that only brought them back for that one little bit?
Hedwig died and I was like, "....so THIS is how it's gonna be, EH!?" >.>
Uh, they were just kinda fighting some Death Eaters and Percy was there too, and as he was fighting he made some kind of crack about by the way, he was resigining from the Ministry, and Fred was all, "You made a joke! You haven't made a joke since-" and he just got AKed there in mid-sentence. JK even put in some line about how he died with a grin on his face or something. Ron and Percy were about to go tear up some Death Eaters. It SUCKED. ;____;
Yeah, the deal with the Resurrection Stone is it doesn't bring the person (or people, in this case) back to life completely, just partially. It was such a good scene, man. ;_; The one with his parents at the end of GoF doesn't hold a candle to it.
