i just got back from teaching my last world history lesson. woooo! the two little girls both gave me a gift. one was a jump drive, always useful. the other was a swiss army knife. maybe that's what they give as gifts in korea

oh, and as for the gifts... usually, something practical, like a tie or something, but something that's slightly expensive. or unique. like, i gave everyone little clocks that had minnesota loons on them.
