My anxiety is here today. I don't know what set it off. I talked to an old friend and it hurt me to know what they were going through. It should have put my problems in perspective. But what can a shrink do? Behavioral therapy. Seriously. I'm not being flippant. Its works wonders for anxiety disorders and issues.
