friendship is a COLLABORATIVE EFFORT. if you don't know what that means, i'll explain it for you.

basically, it means that it shouldn't be up to ONE person to make a friendship function.

that includes CALLING SOMEONE WHEN YOU SAY YOU ARE GOING TO CALL THEM. goddamnit
