you would think by now i would realize that shopping and eating binges do not help bad days. they just make me feel exactly the same + stupid, poor, and fat. i hope this week is better than the last. the weather has been nice, but the car window down warmth only lasts a couple of hours, so it does't keep my smile long. my chest hurts and my eyes
