I don't even know where to start with how good this is. The premise? This is a perfect kink for this most perverse of pairings, and the thing that sells it for me most is the contrast between the intensity of Owen's sensations, his literally contained aggression, and Ianto's calm demeanor. What Ianto does to Owen is invasive and humiliating enough (if clearly invited); what he says is a whole 'nother level of cathartic, and you are so, so right to keep Owen quiet throughout until the end.

The imagery of a shitting statue sends a shiver through him, and he wonders about Ianto's taste for the perverse. Not in a sexual way. But in a subversive way, to take something symbolically beautiful and shit all over it because he can, because he's hateful, because he wants the world to be as full of pain as it is of beauty.

Okay, enemas aside, I have a serious fictional kink for Ianto playing the sexual artist (or being seen as such), and that goes right to the perverse core of it.
