Hi all,
Lately Amanchu has been featuring various different "Aria" cameos; so far we've seen Akari, Aria-sachou & Hime-sachou so I thought this was a good time to see what everyone thought of them.
What do you think of the cameos, like them?
How many have you noticed?
Do you think any of the Aria cast will make a physical appearance?

I totally agree. Taken individually their just small deatails but it puts a smile on my face to see background decoration with meaning. ^^
On the other hand as said before I also agree with you about Tea-sensei, it's just doesn't seem very fair to give the poor cat such a big name to live up to. Espeially when Tea-sensei is his own unique character anyway.
Speaking of Roman Club, one of the characters looked almost identical to Akari too. Although I'm not expecting any physical cameos simply because Amanchu is much more of an immediate setting as opposed to a futuristic fantasy one, but we'll see.
A lot of people already say that Pikari = Akari and Dotty = Aika/Alice.
Hmm, they have similar characteristics but I think of them as all being very distinct. Each girl is definitly her own person.

And I agree about Dotty and Pikari, but when I look around the web for people talking about Amanchu!, there are so many comments saying how Pikari is another Akari and then Dotty is likened to either Aika or Alice or both. (Though Akari and Hikari/Pikari are kind of similar names - 'akari' and 'hikari' are both used for types of light, I think? which is why they were the names of the girls in This Ugly Yet Beautiful World iirc.)
I'm goaling myself to do icons for the first chapter or two by the end of next week. I need to download the better quality files from ACS for it first, since I was reading via MangaFox until five chapters ago and haven't got around to downloading them yet. Also, I need to decide on a style to use. I've never done a lot of icons for illustrations before, so it'll be a challenge.
