I'd've had the brother-in-law incarserated, for a while. As for the mother-in-law, one reason I changed my mind about marriage was all the bad stories I'd heard about in-laws. My deceased girlfriend, Erin, her parents were different, and allowed me to feel good about making preparations to ask her to marry me. Her father's like a dad to me (unlike my father), and her mother's like a second mom, to me. Still, though, I would not, for one minute, put up with what you were talking about, and might've had to issue a general warning about what might happen if the mother-in-law were to be caught on the premises, ever again. With the comics, I'm actually working on starting my own company, and looking to see if I could possibly work with some of the characters of the Marvel/DC universes (if not, so what?). Still got to study about contracting, distrobution, incorporation, etc. I hope the therapy works, for you. I was in for a while, but fell away from it. Erin's father (needless to say) wants me back in it.
I'd've had the brother-in-law incarserated, for a while I tried, but my friend was unwilling to press charges. The best I could do (along with his family) was to have him admitted to a hospital on a 72 hour psychiatric hold. Once he got out, he went into total freak out mode again (I'll post more about that later). He's gone from my house, and that's the most important thing right now to me. As to the mother-in-law, that will be included in my next post too.
Good luck with the comic book thing. If you need any advice, you know who to ask. I know he'll be happy to assist in any way he can.
