I am stoked! While I was browsing through books at one of my favorite thrift stores, I found a folded-up 100 dollar bill tucked inside a paperback. Yes, you read that right, 100 frikkin dollars!!! At first I wasn't sure if it was authentic. I drove over to Rick's shop and had him confirm it. Yippee!!! This will make my shopping tomorrow soooo ( Read more... )

WOOHOOO!!!!!!!!!!! Can't beat that!!!! =D

Just make sure it isn't a collectors or anything. I have heard of people finding stuff like that, spending it, then finding out it was worth thousands. Or the stories that i love, they find it, and then sell it to a collector for thousands! WOO!!!!!!

Oh, it's not. It's one of the newer bills. That's probably why I thought it wasn't the real deal at first.

LOL! I was tempted to go through each and every one of the books they had. I didn't think about checking pockets though...hmmm.

They just put that there to get you to buy more. Now go back and get some romance novels.

LMAO! That has become my new favorite word. I will really have to watch myself tonight. Not cool in a professional setting.

That is soooooo cool! Yep, finders keepers! I love when stuff like that happens! Do you have any plans for it? Woooohoooo! I recently found an Ironman watch in the parking lot of a grocery store, probably worth about $200.00 ( I looked it up online) but it was missing the heart rate monitor. I asked the grocery store if anyone was looking for it but no one had, even after a couple of weeks... Sooooo, it's mine, I guess.

I'm tempted to think this might be my 'something big' happening. But I know better. Don't ask me how, I just sense it. As to my plans for it, see my next post.

Ironman watch huh? That's right up your alley isn't it? Talk about kismut.
