I definitely like having there as another place to hang out. I've met people over there I haven't over here, I watch fandoms over there I don't over here...and, because I spend my days at home in front of a computer, I occasionally, like, run out of internet to look at, so More Internet is important to me.

You know, I need to be honest with you. I have mixed feelings about this request. I haven't even posted the big, important-to-me-stuff I've written this year to the community there because the response to anything I have posted in the past has been non-existent and frankly I don't enjoy the rejection. So why would this be any different? I still love the idea of Dreamwidth and I have dutifully cross-posted and added people and commented and so on but I think the active Phile community there is more or less you, me, tree (who I adore but who isn't really a community type of girl) and idella. And you, tree and idella already read my journal. And idella doesn't post except for Yuletide. I love that you want to create more XF content, whatever the reason, and I will do my best to produce something but I really question whether there is an audience for it there.

I mean, I hear you on this. It's annoying that the comm goes unused for so long. (And you'll notice I don't crosspost fic there either--not that I'm a diligent crossposter anyway.) Definitely the folks over there who care about the show don't tend to be active and producing in the fandom
