Aw, I liked it. Mostly. Although I admit there are parts that I'll always fast-forward through - but that was true of #1, too. Also that was that long ago? Wowwwww.

Can you believe how long ago it was?! When Leigh and I dressed up for the premiere, I had to pick a costume for her as s8!Scully, because she was super pregnant. That meant I had to be s8! Mulder, too.

And now my small person is arguing with me about the fact that his old stuffed fox is named Mulder. "I want to give him a new name." "NO, YOU'RE NOT ALLOWED."

I liked it too. I forgave it any inconsistencies, I forgave it for not being perfect, I forgave it for any other real or perceived sins, because it was a new movie with my favorite characters ever, and there can never be enough of that.

I may get annoyed and disappointed at times, but I can forgive because I love them all.

And this: imperfection is where the best fanfic comes from.
