Long stories don't worry me, especially after MoF. Because I'm an outliner! I don't start writing until I know the whole shape of the story, sometimes even scene by scene. So it's just "time to write that next bullet point!" I do this writing my academic work, too, because I am bizarre. (I try to explain this technique to my students? They look at me like I am from outer space.)
