Ohh, a journey to Taiwan. I had a look with Google Earth on this beautiful island. My parents and I drive to my uncle`s wedding at
10th to 11th. 5 hours by car and I hope it`s not so stressfull for me. Well, I have problems with depression too, maybe I try such a lamp.
Gym is a good idea, but I have to increase my bodyweight.......

Yay! It sounds like you're doing quite well these days. -=] I'm sorry you had some trouble a few months there with depression. -=[ I know what that's like. I'm so glad that you're doing better. I'm sure the exercise has helped a bit. I know I was feeling much better depression wise when I had the time to walk/run 3 times a week. Speaking of which, good for you for going to the gym 3 times a week!
