Today we had by far our favorite meal that we have created with our CSA sunchokes - pizza, inspired by the potato pizza at Pizzaiolo. They don't include cheese, but we used a sprinkling of the Cedar Grove organic mozzarella from our first cheese delivery. Even the basil was from the CSA!

spring cleaning?!
Today we vacuumed - the good kind of tag-team vacuuming where she goes around moving furniture as I vacuum. Then we lay down in front of the breeze from the patio and randomly decided to go buy a Dyson.
Kohls to the rescue! We got a DC25 - they didn't have the Animal model but we decided to buy it anyway. For $495, with a free hand-held Dyson ( Read more... )
