Alice's Adventures in Wonderland

I think we got off to a fairly good start. Don't forget that you can still join into  the " A Rose for Emily" discussion here.

Let's make our first book a fun and easy one! Taking a cue from the suggestion post (which you can add to here), this month's book will be Alice's Adventures in Wonderland by Lewis Carrol.

I have no suggestions as to when but I'm excited. Alice's Adventures in Wonderland along with Through the Looking-Glass, and What Alice Found There are part of my yearly reads. Huzzah!

Oh, I see you edited the post, OP. How fast are we supposed to read? I read a bit at night, because I am mostly busy with university. Why dont why make goals like... so and so many chapters a week or something, I dunno.

What do you think good goals for this book will be?

I read this book when I was 10. I was hoping, when I suggested it, that we could have goals for reading together to then discuss, ask questions, share interpretations, references, etc.

Something like... reading 'til chapter 7 for the end of this week (that's more or less 1/4 of the book; this way it'll last us a month), then discussing in a post, specially what the poster noticed the most but also with the possibility for the rest of us to post there questions and ideas.

I am actually new here, do you have any rules or do you have anything that you always do?

It's also available as a free app from BeamItDown software on the iPhone/iPod Touch. Oh, and looks like there's also a free version from Classique. I have book apps from both of them- BeamItDown is a continuous scroll and Classique has pages.
