16 - The composition of this icon is nice and I like the text placement, but to me the colouring of the character looks a bit burnt and the detail of the hair is lost. Turning down the opacity of any soft light layers would help to reduce the amount of black on the character, and would keep the hair strands from getting oversharpened ( ... )

21 - The coloring and how you painted the subject is really nice and beautiful. I'm not much a fan of how you placed the text but overall the composition is really nice.
21 - Hard to read font choice and placement. Poor colouring that makes the subject's face look slightly saturated (with colour tones that don't fit together).
