i tend not to have time to eat breakfast on biz travels due to early meetings...usually just gobble a couple of pastries and washing it down with milk or coffee lol

Oh if I don't have time, I usually grab whatever is available at the meeting room outside - muffins or bagel -_-

Uh...no holding back for me - I go for the full buffet!! :) But that's cos I have so little options where I currently am.

You add Milo to your oats? Now that's something I gotta try!
