I'm guessing a 15% chance that you are pregnant. More or less depending on how old you are. It could be that you hit the fertile window. But go ahead and take a test - there is a chance it could be accurate! Take it with your first pee of the morning on Friday and if it is negative, try again a few days later if no period.
I don't know where you're coming up with such a firm percentage, what her age has to do with it or why she has to test on Friday. None of this comment makes much sense, frankly.
OP: Based on the length of your cycles, you would have been at high risk for getting pregnant on the days you had sex. Women typically ovulate anywhere around 12-16 days before their next period. If you're fertile, sperm can live several days, extending the number of days you're potentially at risk for pregnancy. Since it's been about two weeks since you had sex, you can go ahead and test with your first pee of the day. If it's negative, wait several days for your period to arrive and test again. If it's still negative and your period still doesn't arrive, it's a good time to see your doctor to find out what's going on.
My comment is basically the same as yours. :) Timing sex during the fertile period typically has a 20% chance of pregnancy in any given cycle - on average. For women who are young, it is slightly higher. For women who are older, it is slightly lower. The age of the man and quality of a man's sperm can also affect it. So can how many times they have sex during this fertile period. It seems she had sex most likely during her fertile period, but since I know nothing of her age or any other issues, and since they only had ejaculation one day during the fertile period, I hedged my bet a bit.
As for testing on Friday, I figured that since I posted late on Wednesday, she might not be able to get a test in time to test with the first trip to the bathroom on Thursday. But probably she could get a test today and them pee on it tomorrow.
I can't find a source for this percentage beyond this doctor says or that doctor says. It may or may not be reasonably accurate. It doesn't really matter, though. It's almost useless to put a number like that on a situation like this. The fact is that she had unprotected, and less than protected sex during a high risk point in her cycle. That puts her at a generally high risk for pregnancy - which is the important information that the OP needs. And she needs to know that she can take a test anytime
Regardless of whether you've ever missed a period before, it's entirely possible to have an off month or a late period. In those circumstances, it's also not uncommon to have unusual PMS signs. I tend to think that if your body's off enough to have a late period, it's also off enough to give you unusual symptoms.
At this point you're barely even late. If I were in your situation, I would try and relax and give it another week or so. If my period hadn't shown up in that week, I'd test again using my first pee of the day.
It's possible that your period is on its way, and it's also possible that you're going to be pregnant and just tested too early for the test to register it. If you wait a week, you'll have a better chance of getting a result you can rely on.

At this point you're barely even late. If I were in your situation, I would try and relax and give it another week or so. If my period hadn't shown up in that week, I'd test again using my first pee of the day.
It's possible that your period is on its way, and it's also possible that you're going to be pregnant and just tested too early for the test to register it. If you wait a week, you'll have a better chance of getting a result you can rely on.
