DA doesn't end on a cliffhanger, at least Season 2 doesn't. Season 1 kind of does (which means both boxed sets, bwahahaha!)

Season 2 ends somewhere that it kind of stands alone but did open up a potentially whole new interesting direction for Season 3, which never materialised. But it has a resolution and no one is left kidnapped/on life support/missing presumed dead etc.

And lookit the pretty Max to go with the pretty Alec!
