Coding in the ED.

Codes don't happen in real life the way they do on television or the movies. On television, people code, they get shocked by the paddles a few times, and they come back to life. In real life, people are brought into the Emergency Department by EMS. They haven't been able to breathe on their own for over 10 minutes, and their heart isn't beating on ( Read more... )
