Ugh. I'm nowhere near a success story at the moment, so I almost feel like I shouldn't comment, but--changing your eating habits isn't something that's going to happen quickly or perfectly. All you can do is do your best, and not let setbacks keep you from keeping on. And as long as you're keeping up with the trainer, a bad eating day now and then really isn't the end of the world. *big hugs*

Everyday is a fat day - technically since I'm, you know, fat. But man those days when you feel fat and bad about yourself and like others are freaking judging you? I want to find a corner, and cry.
