This is gorgeous. The second person really works with the subject, and I love the details on how Hell's changed Dean and the parallels with Sam. The part where he talks about imagining what people's organs would look like was chilling, and I could totally see him becoming attached to Alastair. (40 years, seriously, and he was starved for approval going in).
