[Teru, meanwhile, is still in shock. The unreality of it all, what he said and did finally, leaves him dazed, as if he'll wake up at any moment, surely. But he's not too stunned to see that Angela's not doing well.

I....I thought I was finally over all of this doubt and stuff....but I think I was so worried about you for so long that I forgot I had my own problems....and that room brought them all back.
