[Needless to say, something happened to Teru. She knew A was likely to be here, or in the kitchen, but now she's found her she really isn't sure what to do.
A's absorbed in her book at the moment, and doesn't look up. Teru clears her throat, nervously.]
I suppose it is - mostly cosmetic. I... well, I feel female. But that doesn't affect my basic personality. I expect I'd be different if I'd grown up as a woman, but as it is I have all my own memories, everything's intact - [She laughs, nervously.] The biggest problem is that I don't know my one rep maximum any more.

[A pulls out her wand and frowns in concentration, before muttering a few words and flicking her wrist. The magic book in front of her hovers for a few seconds before falling back on the desk with a thud.]
It's natural to start with whatever you have around you. And you wouldn't necessarily assume that the weight would matter when you're lifting something by magic.
