Oh, which game did you get for the Kinect? We just got one as well and unlike the Wii, you actually have to MOVE to play the adventure game! :)

She got Kinectimals, but it also came with one, which is the one that tried to kill me. It's called Kinect Adventures, I think. I was doing the one with the train-cart-thing, quite a lot of squats in it!

I used to work out with the Wii; I had a few different games I used, including Wii Fit, and I liked it, but I can see how this can be much more effective.
