Wow! I am impressed. It makes sense that Castiel would be around long before Dean knew about. Watching over and falling in love with him.

Oooh. Goddamn, I still love your writing. And again YAY at you jumping on the Dean/Castiel (or Dean & Castiel) boat. This one works both ways. :D

I have many 'kinks' (if you wanna call 'em that), and you hit my soft spots in more than one place here. I love how caring Castiel is here; and you took it to just the right level without going out of character. And John is spot on - you captured his flaws and his strengths so well.

This entire fic is incredibly touching. Well done. :)

That was beautiful. I absolutely love the idea of Castiel meeting John, and watching Dean as a small child, what a lovely notion! ♥

Thank you so much for this! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I love the dynamic you've got between John and Castiel, and the almost comfortable tone there is in their conversations. I'd love to see something like this on the show.

Also liked Sam being all suggestive with the mention of "company" and how caring Castiel is here.

Thanks again so much for posting this - now I get two fics!

I'm so glad you liked it. I'm not a frequent Castiel/Dean writer, but your prompt was something my bestie and I had been tossing around for a while. Only, instead of John meeting Cas, it was Mary.

I'm glad to have given you something you enjoyed.

This was great- very well written...though I admit I would have thought in the first scene John would have been more worried about a stranger in Dean's room...unless he thought he was dreaming...
