I like descriptions of Xander and Spike hanging out, especially in this kind of early slash, and this one does a good job of capturing their "guyness" and their friendship. Good voices in the conversation. I love Xander calling Spike an ingrate.

"...I'll take care of it..." You do that, Spike. ;)

Couple of typos: "...eyes closed in near ecsta[s]y."
"He nodded and smiled at several demons with whom he’d accidentally made eye-contact with" - two "withs".
